Sample Orders

• Sample orders are intended for evaluation purposes and are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
• If you believe there is a quality issue with your sample, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Requests made after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
