Share

Faster Quotes. Cleaner Samples. Fewer Revisions.
In OEM/ODM wearable projects, most delays come from missing information, unclear scope, and repeated artwork or specification changes. A complete RFQ helps your supplier quote accurately, recommend the right models, and prepare samples that match your channel requirements from the first round. Use the template below to submit a high‑quality inquiry for private label fitness bands and health trackers.

Why a “Complete RFQ” Speeds Everything Up
A wearable RFQ is not only about price. It is also a production and delivery instruction. When the RFQ is complete, you get:
- faster model recommendation and confirmation
- fewer questions during quotation
- fewer artwork revisions for packaging and manuals
- smoother sampling and approval
- more predictable bulk delivery scheduling
A strong RFQ answers three questions clearly:
- What are you launching, and for which channel?
- What must be customized?
- When do you need samples and bulk delivery?

Common Missing RFQ Details That Slow Quotation
These are the items that most often trigger extra questions:
- missing SKU quantities and colorways
- unclear packaging level and manual language list
- no target market list, so compliance scope is uncertain
- no shipping destination, so delivery planning is incomplete
- no timeline for sample and bulk delivery
- unclear app language requirements
If you include these from the start, quotes and sampling move faster.
